Portal Terms
These Portal Terms govern access to and use of the Vital Cryo Portal by authorized business users, including manufacturer personnel, distributors, dealers, clients, and other approved operators.
Authorized use only
The Vital Cryo Portal is a restricted business platform. Access is granted only to users who have been authorized by the manufacturer or by an entity acting within the manufacturer-managed commercial chain. Users must access the portal solely for legitimate operational, technical, administrative, or support purposes.
Portal functions
The portal may provide access to machine inventories, client records, support tickets, alarms, provisioning data, user management, and software release information. Available functions may vary depending on the assigned user role.
Account responsibilities
- Users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and secure.
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the portal.
- Users must promptly report any suspected unauthorized access or account misuse.
- Users may not share credentials, circumvent access controls, or impersonate another person or entity.
Acceptable conduct
- Do not upload unlawful, misleading, malicious, infringing, or inappropriate content.
- Do not interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the portal or connected services.
- Do not attempt to extract, alter, or access data beyond the scope of your authorization.
- Do not use the portal in a manner that could damage machines, disrupt support operations, or expose confidential information.
Data accuracy and operational decisions
Users are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of information they submit or update in the portal. Machine-related actions, support decisions, and commercial communications should not rely on incomplete or obviously outdated portal data without appropriate internal verification.
Intellectual property
The portal, its content, interface, software logic, technical documentation, and related branding remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access to the portal does not transfer ownership of software, databases, designs, trade names, or other intellectual property.
Availability and changes
The portal may be updated, suspended, restricted, or modified at any time for maintenance, security, legal compliance, operational improvements, or commercial reasons. Features may evolve as the production environment changes.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or revoked if a user breaches these terms, uses the portal improperly, creates security or compliance risks, or no longer has a valid business reason to retain access.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the portal is provided for business use without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific user purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise for a specific relationship or use case.
